These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services offered by Dust Fighters, a professional cleaning and sanitization service provider based in Hyderabad, India (“Dust Fighters”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), through its website, communication channels, or any related platform (collectively, the “Platform”) and include all services provided thereunder (“Services”). These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines, policies, or supplemental terms issued from time to time, which together form a binding legal agreement between Dust Fighters and you (“Customer”). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms, that all information provided by you is accurate, and that you consent to receive service-related and promotional communications via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. The Services include residential and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, sanitization, furniture and garden cleaning, and related facility services, which are provided directly by Dust Fighters or through authorised personnel, for personal or commercial use within India unless otherwise agreed in writing. Dust Fighters remains responsible for service execution subject to these Terms and reserves the right to modify pricing, service scope, promotional credits, or availability at any time. Bookings are confirmed through official communication channels, cancellations may attract charges, payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise, and pricing may vary based on location, demand, or service complexity. Customers are responsible for providing safe access, necessary permissions, accurate details, and a suitable working environment, and must not harass service professionals or solicit them for off-platform services. User-generated content such as reviews or feedback may be used by Dust Fighters for operational or marketing purposes. All intellectual property on the Platform belongs exclusively to Dust Fighters. Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, and Dust Fighters shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Dust Fighters may suspend or terminate Services for violations, while Customers may discontinue use at any time. These Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, and disputes may be resolved through arbitration as applicable. For grievances, Customers may contact the designated Grievance Officer at Dust Fighters, Hyderabad, India. Dust Fighters reserves the right to update these Terms, modify or discontinue Services, assign its rights, and invoke force majeure provisions, without invalidating the remaining Terms.
